COVID was a horrific experience for the entire world, and in the Live Events industry, it was unbelievably impactful. Overnight, the industry collapsed. As part of the recovery effort, Freeman worked tirelessly to redefine what the future of live might be like and I was asked to go out ‘on the road’ for presentations of this piece I put together.
